A Legacy of Making Things Happen
Partido Para sa Lahat (LAHAT) was formed on May 28, 2007. Before that, it was known as PROBEES, which stands for Proactive Builders of Empowered and Enlightened Studentry. Probees was one of the political parties founded after the reestablishment of the Student Council of San Pedro College.
Below is a brief, year-by-year account of what happened during the time of our establishment until today. ·
2005 - REPORMA, the forerunner of Probees, started with the desire to bring about changes in SPC through student involvement. It aimed for reforms in different issues affecting the students - their attitude and participation, the administration’s way of handling them, and the relationship between the students and administration. Reporma led by Joan Duhaylungsod ran unopposed and got the positions in the council after garnering a simple majority vote from the students. They wanted that student council be decisive per se, without the influence of others. They wanted that their stay with the SALIGAN be transformative to them and to the students, rather than transactional. They wished to gain back the trust, respect, and recognition from the students to the highest governing SPC student body that was once lost a long time ago. They wanted change and they believed it must be through a diplomatic way so, it was REPORMA.
·
2006 - Proactive Builders of Empowered and Enlightened Studentry (PROBBES) vs. Magdalo vs. Alyansa Pedro. PROBEES won led by Ceasar Ian Boteros. Boteros and his co-officers wanted a governing body guided by God’s light in all their plans - ENLIGHTENMENT. They wanted to improve not only students participation but also they wanted them to find meaning and purpose in the different activities they come across with - let them try new things - let them get involved with what they wanted while maintaining a healthy relationship with the school authorities and not opposing against the policies set by the handbook - EMPOWERMENT.
·
2007 - Probees unfortunately lost the majority seats in the Student Council but was still able to capture the presidency with Arnie Apa-ap and auditor with Marjorie Faye Nierra.

"Our humble identity, our edge, our purpose, YOUR aspirations."-LAHAT
It may take a single word to touch a life, a single shared moment to treasure a memory, a single chance to make a big turning point, and a single change to make the biggest impact; but never a single person to perfect a community, and a portion to embody the totality of the whole. Why LAHAT? Because we deem everything as noteworthy, and everybody, regardless of status and beliefs, as important.
